The hotel is in an unbeatable location across the street from Moonstone Beach, offering great views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a great fireplace, adding a cozy touch to the stay. The service is top-notch with extremely friendly staff, especially Terry who went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at the hotel, particularly with the sea view and the refreshing amenities. The location was peaceful, close to the beach and restaurants, offering a cozy and convenient stay. Although the dining options could be improved by reducing single-use plastic, the overall service from the staff was friendly and helpful.

However, cleanliness could be improved in the rooms, with some noticeable issues with old food in the fridge and stained carpeting.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although spacious and featuring a super comfortable king bed, had some drawbacks like having only blinds on the windows, making it a bit challenging to find the right balance between light and privacy. The room also had a peculiar scent of soy sauce, and the blinds were a bit sticky, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was still a cozy and comfortable space for a three-day weekend getaway.

The hotel's location right across the street from the promenade along Moonstone Beach is fantastic, making it a perfect stopover on a Pacific Coast Highway trip. The rooms, although with a romantic fireplace, needed a furniture upgrade and some cleaning. The service was friendly and addressed our room issues promptly, showcasing efficiency. The dining experience, with an ocean view, was slightly disorganized but still enjoyable. Overall, the location and service were highlights, despite room cleanliness and dining service needing improvement.
